Scott Torrey joined Concur in 1998. During his 18 years at Concur he has served in multiple leadership roles helping drive Concurs vision to create the Perfect Trip. He is currently Chief Revenue Officer – International (EMEA, APJ, LATAM). Previously Mr. Torrey was EVP and General Manager of the EMEA business unit at Concur.
Mr. Torrey assumed responsibility for growth in EMEA and in the first 3 years has seen the market grow over 200%. Prior to moving to Europe Mr. Torrey was Executive Vice President – Operations and Executive Vice President and General Manager of Public Sector. While leading the Public Sector business for Concur he oversaw the award of a $1.5B 15 year contract – the largest in Concurs history. In his role leading Concur – Operations Mr. Torrey looked after the HR, IT, Facilities, and Procurement strategies that fueled our growth from 400 to over 4000 employees. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Torrey was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and Accenture with a focus on CRM systems in the telecommunications industry.
Scott Russell is the President & Managing Director for SAP Southeast Asia (SEA). Russell is responsible for business strategy, operations, P&L, and sustainable growth for SAP across SEA. He leads high-performing teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and other emerging markets in SEA.
Prior to this, Russell was the APJ Chief Operating Officer (COO) for SAP, primarily responsible for all aspects of SAP’s operations in the Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) region, including key market groupings of Japan, Australia/New Zealand, India, SEA as well as Korea. His role provides leadership and direction to SAP’s multi-functional sales and operations organizations in the APJ region, driving continuous productivity improvements and significantly contributing to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Prior to being the SAP APJ COO, Russell was the Senior Vice President for SAP APJ leading the Services organization of over 1,500 professionals, helping customers succeed at every point of their organisation’s application lifecycle and adopting the latest innovations.
Russell has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry spanning across software, cloud and services. Russell has helped hundreds of companies leverage leading enterprise software including cloud solutions and providing expert guidance to achieve their business goals. Before joining SAP, Russell was with IBM Global Business Services, where he led the Systems Integration and Application Maintenance business for IBM Australia New Zealand and the Managing Partner for IBM in Thailand and Vietnam previously to that.
Russell is a respected thought leader and a regular speaker at seminars and conferences, including the World Economic Forum on ASEAN and Bloomberg ASEAN Business Summit. He has been featured in numerous media, including CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Channel NewsAsia, Nikkei Asian Review, Business Insider, Business Times and many others.

Doug Anderson leads Concur’s Travel Product Strategy, which includes our industry leading Online Booking Tool, market defining traveler productivity app, TripIt, as well as Travel Request and Risk Messaging products. Named one of the Top 35 Under 35 Leaders in online travel by PhoCusWright, Doug brings extensive experience in the travel industry as an early adopter of online hotel distribution for Hilton Hotels, a member of the Hotwire.com startup team, and Co-Founder and CPO of Limos.com. Beyond his travel passion, Doug supports youth development organizations and helps mentor aspiring leaders on the virtues of customer empathetic product management.
Madanjit Singh is the Regional Director for South East Asia has general management responsibilities for accelerating business growth, driving sales, building partner ecosystem, and managing client experiences across South East Asian countries.
A veteran of the IT industry, Madanjit has over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Concur, Madanjit had regional P&L experience throughout Asia Pacific & Japan, across diverse business of Cloud services, Enterprise software sales and support, and IT equipment leasing to the financial services sector with Teradata (Big Data Analytics), Citigroup equity ventures (Polaris FT), ING Bank Group, India, and long innings with Hewlett-Packard Company.
In addition to his professional activities, Madanjit is an adjunct faculty member with leading Asian business schools specializing in Business, Information Technology, and Finance. He has been a Trustee and Board Member of the ING Children Foundation, India.
Madanjit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, India and an Executive MBA, General Management from University Of South Australia.
Xiaofeng helps B2C Marketing leaders develop effective digital marketing strategies for the Asia Pacific market. Xiaofeng's research focuses on how to better understand the unique social, mobile, and digital behaviors of consumers in Asia Pacific and how to harness digital platforms in the market to drive awareness, engagement, and brand loyalty. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Before joining Forrester, Xiaofeng worked as a strategic planning manager on the marketing team at Sina Weibo, the largest microblogging platform in China, where she developed key consumer insights to drive social media effectiveness for automotive, retail, telecommunications, financial services, and consumer packaged goods companies. Xiaofeng was also a strategic planner at L3 Advertising, a multicultural advertising agency based in New York, where she developed brand and integrated marketing strategies for her clients.
Xiaofeng holds an M.A. in integrated marketing communication from Emerson College, an M.A. in communication from Tsinghua University, and a B.A. with a double major in advertising and economics from Peking University. She was also the recipient of the 2004 Outstanding Innovation Award from the Serge Dumont-Tsinghua Communications Scholarship and the 2003 Most Creative Award from the Asian Inter-University Multimedia Design Competition.
Starting her career at the coalface, Koby began working in the travel industry as a travel consultant. With more than 25 years’ experience, her travel career has advanced through operations and account management to her current position as Senior Director Global Program Management in Asia Pacific for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where she leads a team of Program Managers across the region. Since joining CWT in 2013, Koby has successfully managed and transformed global travel programs for some of their biggest clients delivering significant savings to their programs. Adding to this, Koby has 10 years’ experience as a regional travel buyer giving her the fantastic ability to see opportunities from both a TMC and buyer perspective. Her vast operational and travel buyer experience means she has an excellent understanding of the day-today intricacies of any travel program and is able to work closely with operations and travel managers to ensure the travel program is performing at optimum level.
Kathleen has over 13 years of leading multi-functional and multi-territory teams, in North America and Southeast Asia.
Her experience at SAP started with leading the Philippines’ Channel business, then, jointly fulfilling the Senior Sales Director role to take the market’s Small, Medium and Large Enterprise strategy, full circle.
Kathleen now leads SAP Southeast Asia’s Analytics and Insight Team, and strongly focused on strategic initiatives to enable Finance leaders to monetize the value of their organization’s data, towards optimizing business processes, and identifying innovation opportunities, in the Large, Medium and Small Enterprises, across 26 industries.
Prior to joining SAP, Kathleen was the Channel Growth and Retail Leader for BlackBerry Asia (formerly Research in Motion). The highlight of her tenure at BlackBerry was creating and leading partnerships between the smartphone manufacturer, telecommunication carriers, distributors and resellers, to bring store-in-store and concept store retail programs, like BlackBerry Points of Direct Sale, to the addressable enterprise and consumer markets in South East Asia.
Kathleen continues to advocate the business and economic values of constant learning, talent succession and up skilling, and insight-driven business models, through adoption of technology.
Barry Long serves as head of global sales for Concur across Asia Pacific. He leads up a team responsible for helping large enterprises leverage Concur effectively across global operations. With experience across both Americas and Asia Pacific, Barry will partner with large and global enterprises to drive innovative business efficiencies maximising opportunity to manage total employee spend.
Barry has been with Concur for more than 19 years, and held various roles including R&D, consulting and solutions consulting. Prior to this, he was the Senior Director, Solutions Consultant, Asia Pacific, responsible for pre-sales strategy and business process consulting. Highly knowledgeable across Concur’s solutions and service offerings, including SaaS business solutions and Implementation methodologies, he is a trusted advisor for customers and partners. Within the region, he has collaborated with many local enterprises in their digital transformation initiatives.
