Continental

As its domestic business grows, Continental Korea has long required a systematic and unified expense management system. With each business site distributed across the country using its own workflow, expense management was inefficient and any system improvement resulted in an isolated upgrade. Synchronization with the head office was one of the obstacles to effective global business operation.

That was why Continental Korea decided to introduce SAP Concur as a solution to such issues. Concur could tackle the synchronization issue with the German office in one go and the cloud based solution allows SAP ERP to connect, which might produce synergies. In addition, the systematic UI/UX of SAP Concur mobile platform, automated receipt and expense management and support for domestic/overseas trip were appealing features.
