Specifically, business travellers from Singapore and Malaysia named booking and expense reporting tools (69%) as the number one area they were behind. Also 2 in 5 business travellers from Singapore and Malaysia (37%) say that safety is their top concern while travelling, compared to 31% globally and 32% in the Asia Pacific region.
